The lady Indians took fourth place at the Hutchinson Invitational Oct. 2.

The lady golfers totaled for 18 holes a score of 341 placing fourth. In first was Maize South with a Score of 335, in second was Manhattan with 336, in third, Goddard Eisenhower with 340, and Hays in fourth with 341. Other teams competing were Garden City, 343, Maize, 355, Winfield, 363, Topeka West, 373, Ark City, 377, Dodge City, 381, Great Bend, 400, Hutchinson, 405, Salina South, 406, Newton, 410, Derby, 423, Wichita Heights, 433.

Individually placing in the top 20 were junior Taylor Deboer in ninth with a score of 80, sophomore Katie Brungardt in 13th carding a 84, and senior Lexie Schaben in 18th with a total of 87.

The Indians will go to the Great Bend Invitational Oct. 7.
