Volleyball girls went 2-1 at Goodland
on Sept. 6.
Against Burllington, Colo., they lost
the first game 9-25, and the second 20-24. The total number of kills they had
in the matches was 10. Senior Mackenzie Albers had three of the kills and
junior Mikayla Linn followed with two.
The next match was against Goodland.
The girls lost the first match 20-25, but won the second 17-25. The third match
ended with a 25-21 win for the girls. There were 33 kills during the three
matches that took place. Senior Sidney Schmeidler and junior Millie Copper both
lead the team in kills each having seven.
The last match of the night was
played against TMP. The scores were 20-25, and 21-25. The total number of kills
during these two games was 18. Copper and Albers once again led the team in
kills each having four.
The next volleyball match will be Sept. 8 at
Dodge City.
