With spring sports starting up again, the boys tennis team members had their first meet on March 28 at McPherson at 3 p.m.

In singles, junior Colin Clark placed third, and junior Xavier Catura placed eighth. The doubles teams consisted of Kaiden Bunger and Henry Fitzthum, who placed ninth, and Carsen Riat and Jack Scoby, who placed 10th.

While not everybody goes to each meet, there is still something to look forward to during the season. This is because most players will go to at least three meets, either with their doubles partner, or if they play singles, then they play by themselves.

“I am excited to start going to meets and just going out and having fun,” sophomore Ethan Dague, who will play singles at Garden City on April 3, said.
