The ladies stayed at home on Feb. 14 to play against Abilene. The score at the end of the game was 48-22, making it another win for the Indians.
The score in the first quarter was 11-3, with the Lady Indians leading. At the half, the ladies only had a 19-12 lead against Abilene.
Junior April Johnson led the team in the free throws with 100 percent made. Junior Katelyn Schumacher and Taylor Herman followed with 75 and 71 percent. Senior Paige Lunsford had five of the 10 steals with Herman following with two. Senior Hanna Pfannenstiel had three turnovers and Lunsford had two.
In the third quarter, the ladies made a 16-point run putting the score 35-19. The ladies made a 13-point run then in the fourth quarter to win the game.
