The KSHAA State Solo and Ensemble Festival took place on April 27 in Emporia. The results of the event are as follows:

Orchestra:

I ratings – sophomore Alisara Arial, viola; senior Carl Rorstrom, cello; freshman Sydney Wittkorn, cello; senior Alex Hagerman, violin; Cello Trio (freshman Sydney Wittkorn, senior Carl Rorstrom, and freshman Kristen Kuhl); Boccherini Quartet (senior Carl Rorstrom, senior Alex Hagerman, sophomore Alisara Arial, and sophomore Tom Drabkin)

II ratings – sophomore Tom Drabkin, violin; sophomore Cami Moore, bass; Vivaldi Quartet (sophomore Ashley Vilaysing, junior Michaela Austin, junior Cely Hutchinson, and freshman Sydney Wittkorn)

 

Band:

I ratings – junior Paige Beamer, flute; sophomore Alisara Arial, oboe; senior Cameron Karlin, oboe; freshman Abbey Thornton, clarinet; sophomore Alexis White, clarinet; sophomore Ashley Vilaysing, clarinet; Woodwind Quintet (sophomore Cami Moore, senior Cameron Karlin, sophomore Ashley Vilaysing, freshman Anneliese Marecic, and freshman Rachel Windholz)
