The softball team defeated Colby, 9-8, and 8-6, to improve to a 6-0 record for the season.

Hays was winning 7-3 at the end of the third inning. At the end of the fifth inning, Colby had pulled within one to make the score, 7-6. In the seventh inning, the girls added on some insurance to make the final score, 8-6.
