Boys soccer plays two quality teams
The Hays High boys soccer team finished the week of Oct. 2-8 with one win and one loss.
The first game was against Dodge City on Tuesday, Oct. 4. The Indians came away with a loss, 6-0, in that game.
The second game was against another tough team in Liberal. In that game, the Indians came away with a 1-0 win on Thursday, Oct. 6, with the lone goal coming from senior Jace St. Peter.
“I thought we played against two quality teams,” junior Brantlee Staab said.
The boys have matches against Wichita Trinity on Tuesday, Oct. 11 and then at home against Bishop Carroll on Thursday, Oct. 13.
