The Hays High boys soccer team started off the Wichita Titan Classic with a win over Wichita West, 3-0, on Monday, Sept. 5 with two goals coming from senior Jace St. Peter and one coming from junior Edwin Muller.

The boys then had a game against Salina Central on Wednesday, Sept. 7, which they won, 10-0. The goals were from junior Cooper Johnson (1), senior Jake Taliaferro (2), St. Peter (4) and senior Jordin Myers (3).

The team finished the Titan Classic on Saturday, Sept. 10 against Manhattan, in which they won that game 3-2 to get first place in the Wichita Titan Classic.

“I really thought we improved each game of the tournament,” St. Peter said.
