The volleyball team hosted another quad on Oct. 5, taking a 3-0 improvement on the season score. Other teams present were Phillipsburg, Colby, and Liberal.

Hays vs. Phillipsburg

25-12, 25-15

Senior Tessa Stickel had seven kills while senior Madison Prough put up 13 assists. Senior Albany Schaffer had 14 digs for this match and senior Morgan Klaus had three blocks.

Hays vs. Colby

25-8, 25-22

Stickel and senior Audra Schmeidler each had seven kills. Prough had 12 assists while Schaffer had 12 digs. Prough also had six service aces.

Hays vs. Liberal

25-15, 21-25, 25-13

Stickel and Schmeidler each had 10 kills while Prough put up 14 assists. Schaffer also had 24 digs.

The ladies are now 22-3 on their season. The next action will occur in Manhattan on Oct. 10.
