At the Carey Park Golf Course at the Hutchinson Invitation on Oct. 3, the girls golf team found a seventh place finish with a score of 385 out of a 14 team field.

Freshman Katie Brungardt was the only person to place in the top 20 with an 18-hole score of 91. Junior Elissa Jensen finished with a score of 94 followed by sophomore Taylor DeBoer and junior Lexie Schaben tying with a final score of 100.

Freshman Rhian Patterson was not far behind with 103 and junior Macie Mayo finished with a 118.

Other team scores were Manhattan, 331; Maize, 335; Garden City, 338; Buhler, 355; Winfield, 372, Goddard-Eisenhower, 373; and Dodge City, 383.

The next action for the lady Indians is Oct. 8 at Great Bend.
