The boys soccer team had another rough game as it lost 1-0 against Wichita Independent in its second game of the season on Sept. 9 at the Maize South Invitational.

The team is now 0-2 to start off the season.

Wichita Independent took advantage of 4 shots and scored a goal in the second half off of a free kick. Hays, meanwhile, had 19 shots.

The soccer team will continue in the Maize South Invitational on Sept. 12 and 14.
