Golf takes eighth at state

The boys golf team wrapped up its season on Monday, May 22, with the state meet in which the team finished eighth overall.

The team shot a score of 349 and was 36 strokes behind winner Kapaun Mt. Carmel.

Leading the team was freshman Nathan Romme with a score of 83.

Other scorers for the team were senior Aaron Stewart shooting 84, and sophomores Lane Clark and Kaden Beilman both shooting 91.

Junior Ryan Unruh and freshman Cash Hobson both competed but weren’t in the team score shooting 92 and 95.
