The boys soccer team was defeated by Liberal 2-0 on Thursday, Oct. 6.
With an extreme wind during the game each team took one half with the wind and one half against the brutal wind.
Liberal controlled the game in the first half with the wind. It scored in the fourth minute and the 31st minute. To claim the 2-0 lead at the half.
The second half was a back-and-fourth game with both teams controlling the ball. Both teams managed to get multiple shots off before the end of the game.
“We played well, but need to finish out chances,” sophomore Lane Clark said.
The next game for the boys is Tuesday, Oct. 11, at Garden City.
