Megan Flavin competes in third state swim meet on May 17
Junior Megan Flavin swam in the 5A State Championships on May 17 in Topeka.
This was Flavin’s third time competing at state.
“My favorite part of state was just the overall experience and the excitement that I made it,” Flavin said.
In the 100-yard Free, Flavin placed 23 with a time of 1:00.76. Flavin also placed 23 in the 500-yard Free with a time of 6:11.95.
“Next season I hope to make it to state again and hopefully in a new event,” Flavin said.
