Indians soccer fall to Liberal Redskins, 5-3

Seniors Trey McCrae and Jacob celebrate together after McCrae ties the game up 3-3 against the Liberal Redskins.

The boys soccer team fell in their final WAC game of the season, falling 5-3 to the Liberal Redskins at home.

Redskins took a early 2-0 lead over the Indians, but seniors Trey McCrae and Jacob Maska tied the game up each netting on goal.

Liberal would then score another goal to give the Redskins a 3-2 lead. McCrae then netted another goal tying the game back up at 3-3.

The Indians aloud two more goals putting the Redskins up 5-3.

The Indians fell to 4-10 on the season and 0-8 in WAC, an will prepare to play Wichita Independent at 4 p.m. on Oct 16 at Hays High soccer field.
