6 New Year’s resolutions that have probably already been broken
Go on a diet.
In research conducted by Scranton University, the top New Year’s resolution for 2016 was to go on a diet or lose weight. However, only 45 percent of people actually stick to their goals. For the first month, anyway.
Spend less money.
It’s hard to stick to this one, especially when all the stores around you are having “After Christmas” sales. But this resolution is a great one, considering 33.2 percent of people want to keep their wallets full.
Spend more time with family.
Too many people get caught up in their busy lives. So caught up, in fact, that they forget to stick to their New Year’s resolution.
Get better grades.
Good grades come harder to some than others. But if y0u don’t reach your goal of all A’s, don’t worry. Just about 8 percent of people are able to keep up with their goals.
Get organized.
Organization can be a problem for some. Unfortunately, it will probably continue to be a problem since few people keep their resolutions.
Stress less
With school and work starting back up in full swing after the holidays, keeping the resolution of ‘stressing less’ is a tough one to keep indeed.
