“Hadestown,” the Spring Musical presented by students at Hays High School, will take place at 12th Street Auditorium from Thursday, March 6 through Sunday, March 9, with shows at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and a show at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
The performance intertwines two famous stories from Greek mythology: the story of Orpheus and Eurydice and the story of Hades and Persephone. The cast and crew have been working tirelessly to provide the city of Hays with a performance filled with fabulous drama and incredible musical talent. With the creativity of Adrian Rifat, who traveled from New York to direct “Hadestown,” the Hays High musical is open to everyone to view their performance.
