The second monthly trivia contest, sponsored by Student Council, was held on Friday, Oct. 25 in the Hays High School library during PRIDE Time.
The event featured several teams of both students and teachers alike, who fought it out to try to win the horror movie trivia contest.
There were 13 teams in total comprised of both students and teachers. Teams 1 and 2 tied for third place, Team 6 finished in second place and Team 5 placed in first overall. Team 5 consisted of seniors Kiera Dealy, Samara DeWitt, Aryahn Fischer and Clare Tholstrup.
“It was really nice to come together with the other students of the school to do something fun,” DeWitt said.
The next trivia contest will be held on Friday, Nov. 22. it will be a Disney trivia game, which will include all things Disney, along with Marvel and Star Wars.
