On Jan. 31 and Feb. 1, the Hays High School Indians boys swim team travelled to Wichita to compete in a meet.
The Indians placed seventh out of 16 teams and ended with a score of 152. The top finishers from Hays High were from senior Marshall Sook, who placed fourth in both the 100 fly and 200 free. After him were juniors Karsen Flaska, who placed sixth in 100 back, and Chase Zadina, who placed sixth in 100 free.
At the Indians next meet on Feb 13, they will travel to Garden City.
