On Tuesday, April 5, the Chamber and Concert Orchestras will have their Ice Cream Concert at 7 p.m. in Gym A. Three small ensembles from the Chamber Orchestra will also be performing.

Some songs that will be played include Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik,” which translates to “A Little Night Music,” and a sailing song by the name “I’m Shipping Up to Boston.” Other songs played at the concert will be those used for the State Large Group Orchestra contest, which will take place on Thursday, April 14 in Colby.

“We want to share the music we’ve been working on so far this semester, as well as get a chance to play our contest pieces for an audience before we have to go to large group contest,” instructor Joan Crull said.
