On Thursday, April 4, the lady Indians played a hard game and emerged victorious with a 2-1 final score against the Liberal Redskins. The game was played at home.
Then, on Saturday, April 6, the girls fought, but came up short with a 5-0 loss, against the Manhattan Indians in Manhattan.
The girls will play next on Thursday, April 11 against Wichita Trinity at home.
“As the season progresses, we continue to grow as individual players as well as an overall team,” senior Sydney Meier said. “We all work really hard, and no matter what outcome a game as, we know we will be ready to work and improve the next day at practice.”
