Girls golf places first at Liberal tournament
On Sept. 13, Hays High girls golf took first with a score of 175 at the Liberal Redskins Invitational at Willow Tree Golf Course, where par is 36 for nine holes.
Junior Katie Dinkel took first with a 39, sophomore Abbie Norris placed second with a 42, sophomore Evyn Cox shot a 46 for fifth, and junior Claire Humphrey and freshman Jaycee Oakley tied for seventh with scores of 48.
