Girls varsity, junior varsity tennis play on Sept. 11

The next girls JV meet was in Garden City on Monday, Sept 13, and the next varsity meet was in Dodge City on Tuesday, Sept 14.

The girls varsity tennis team competed at Goodland on Saturday, Sept. 11.

Hays placed fourth overall. The results are as follow:

Playing No. 1 Singles, junior Katrina Delimont placed second.

Playing No. 2 Singles, junior Emily White placed fifth.

Playing No. 1 Doubles, juniors Danica Scheve and Kayler Wellbrock placed first.

Playing No. 2 Doubles, juniors Morgan Berry and Ava Neil placed fifth.

The girls junior varsity tennis team competed in Norton on Saturday, Sept. 11 as well.

Hays placed third overall. The results are as follows:

Playing No. 1 Singles, sophomore Abigail Redding-Boyer placed third.

Playing No. 2 Singles, junior Emilie Skov placed second.

Playing No. 1 Doubles, sophomore Apryl Eschliman and freshman Katelynn Redding-Boyer placed third.

Playing No. 2 Doubles, freshmen Alyssa Brown and Maycie Holdeman placed third.

The next girls JV meet was in Garden City on Monday, Sept 13, and the next varsity meet was in Dodge City on Tuesday, Sept 14.
