Boy soccer team takes championship at Titan Classic

The 2017 boys soccer team

The boys soccer team extended their winning streak by defeating the Titan Classic host Wichita South 1-0 in the championship game.

The Indians scored early in the game when senior Ethan Nunnery took a shot deflected off South’s goalkeeper and senior Zach Wagner finished it off.  The Indians dominated the game keeping the ball for 65 percent of the game.

The Indians had won 3 games in a row before this game and now expends that streak to four. The boys soccer team moved their record to 4-1 overall. The Indians will face off against their WAC rivals Great Bend in their second WAC game of the season.
