The Hays High golf team placed first on May 1 at the TMP-Marian Invitational.

The team shot an 18-hole total 323 placing first and had seven medalists. Sophomore Trey McCrae placed second with a 78, followed by senior Justin McCullick in fourth with a 79, followed by junior Allen Zollinger in fifth with a 82, followed by sophomore Josh Norris in seventh with a 84, followed by senior Taden Zimmerman with a 85, followed by junior Peyton Kieffer with a 86, and junior Collin Werth in tenth with a 87.

Rounding out the scoring was Brent Koenigsman with an 88.
