The boys basketball team defeated Salina South on Feb. 5.
The Indians gained a large early lead of 22-20. Keeping up their momentum, the Indians scored 30 more points in the second half, giving a final score of 52-46.
With 16 points, Drew Young led the team. Also in double digits was Isaiah Nunnery with 10 points.
Rounding out the scoring was Shane Berens with nine, Maddux Winter with eight, Ethan Nunnery with four, Keith Dryden with three, and Marcus Altman with two.
The next game will be on Feb. 9, when the Indians will play Salina Central.
