Indian baseball split doubleheader on April 7
The Indian baseball team split a doubleheader at home against Dodge City on April 7, losing the first game 10-0, but coming back and winning the second game 8-7.
The Indians took a 1-0 lead during the first inning, and by the fifth were tied 4-4. Hays scored four runs in the bottom of the seventh to pull ahead and win 8-7.
Senior Adam Klaus led the way for the Indians with a 4-for-4 performance with two RBIs.
With the split, the Indians moved to 1-3 on the year.
