Carrico Site Manager presents to interested students

Carrico Site Manager Jason Taylor presents to students interested in agricultural sales on Oct. 24.

Carrico Site Manager Jason Taylor spoke to interested students interested in agriculture on Oct. 24 in the Multipurpose Room. Instructor Michelle Thacker had set up this presentation with Taylor and introduced him beforehand.  

Taylor graduated from Kansas State University with a major in Animal Science and a minor in Agricultural Business. He has been with Carrico Implement for six years as a salesperson and site manager. 

“My main duties are overseeing everything at this location,” Taylor said. 

Carrico is also a partner with John Deere, Taylor said. 

Students who attended the career presentation were freshmen Brayden Brown, Deegan Leeds, Aaron Weigel and Tanner Werth, sophomores Jordyn Lloyd and Colton Pfannenstiel, junior Nolan Klaus and senior Trevor Gross. 

“I think it was a great opportunity to talk about different careers in agriculture,” Taylor said. “Hopefully. I will in

fluence the next generation of young people to do that field.”
