The FFA speech contest results from Feb. 14 were announced as follows.
Team: Third
Freshman:
Candance Dickey- Second
Rosston Eckroat- Third
Sophomore:
Monique William- Sixth
Junior:
Colton Vajnar- Third
Sophomore contestant Grace Redetzke did not place, but she said the contest was valuable.
“I do think that the speech contest is valuable to contestants because if you want to become a chapter or a district officer you are interviewed by other FFA advisors so speech contest is definitely a great way to prepare for that,” Redetzke said.
