Musical cast nominated for 13 awards at Jesters
This year’s production of Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has taken 13 nominations out of the 23 available at the annual Jester Awards. Last year’s musical production took home 12 out of 17 nominations.
Nominations include Leading Actor, Supporting Actor, Pre-High School Performer, Ensemble/Chorus, Orchestra, Musical Direction, Choreography/Staging, Stage Crew, Lighting, Sound, Lobby Display, Direction of Show and Overall Production.
“I’m excited to see how all the nominations turn out,” junior Jared Thom said. “I think most of them were correct. I’m just ready to see how many we get this year. “
The award ceremony will take place May 8 and part of the cast will attend.
