Scholars Bowl competed in a meet Dec. 3 at Colby High school.
On the varsity team, there were seniors Christopher Rooney and Colby Custer, junior Samantha Rohleder, and freshman Mariela Estrada and Cole Jacobsen.
The JV team, there were seniors Delphine Burns and Spencer McCue, sophomores Sarah Rooney and Becky Meagher, and freshman Tanner Moore and Gage Phillips.
Neither team placed at the meet. For varsity, Goodland placed first, TMP second and Oberlin third in the Black bracket. In the Orange bracket, Colby placed first, Ulysses placed second and Scott City placed third. For JV Oberlin placed first and TMP placed second.
