Summer vacation to the Dominican Republic
This summer freshmen Landri Dotts and Jersey Johnson will be going to the Dominican Republic with their families.
Both the families will leave for the Dominican on May 31 and come back around June 6 or 7.
“I am very excited that I get to go with my family, my best friend and her family since this will probably be one of the last trips all of us in both of our families can go on,” Johnson said.
Both Dotts and Johnson plan to relax and spend time with their families on the beach.
“We are also going because our family loves to travel and loves to explore new places,” Johnson said. “We have never gone to the Dominican and we were looking for a beach to travel to.”
This trip to the Dominican will be the first time Dotts is leaving the country. For Johnson she has gone to Haiti, Jamaica and Mexico in the past.
