Guidon Lit hosts “could’ve fooled me” Photoshop contest
The Guidon Lit is starting out this year’s contests with the “could’ve fooled me” Photoshop contest. Participants will be asked to submit an original, Photoshopped picture that incorporates humor and skill to qualify for the prize.
The only limits placed on the works of art is that they be 100 percent appropriate and original. It may not have crude humor or images, be hateful or distasteful. The Guidon Lit does also ask that participants inform fellow classmates or teachers before using their image in any submissions. Also keep in mind that all submissions will be published to the Guidon Literary Magazine. The judges will be running the images through a Google search to check for plagiarism.
When students submit they should use their name, email and write somewhere that it is for the contest,
The best picture’s artist will win a $10 gift certificate to Pasta Jay’s.
The entry deadline will be Wednesday, Oct. 26.
