10 life lessons from Disney
1. “Mulan” taught us to never be afraid of being yourself, and also how to brutally slaughter an army of Huns. Both are useful.
2. In “The Princess and the Frog” Tiana showed us that if you want to reach your dreams, you’ll have to work for them.
3. Your differences are what make you incredible is what the “Incredibles” showed us.
4. Thumper, the adorable rabbit in Disney’s “Bambi” taught us the iconic phrase, “If you can’t say somethin’ nice, don’t say nothin’ at all.”
5. “Beauty and the Beast” taught us to be kind to everyone, and that looks don’t matter to love.
6. “Snow White.” She illustrated pretty well what happens if you take food from strangers.
7. “The Lion King” showed us with a catchy song and a heartbreaking death that haunts us all, that the circle of life is unavoidable.
8. “Finding Nemo” detailed the story of a father and son finding their way back to each other, showing that family is always there for each other.
9. “Aladdin.” This movie portrayed that you shouldn’t pretend to be something or someone you’re not just to please someone else. Because that’s identity fraud.
10. And finally, “Hercules.” This movie taught us that life isn’t about being popular, it’s about love and happiness.
