This is the sequel to “If I Stay”. It is told from Mia’s boyfriends’ perspective. It is also amazing.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
In this book the main character, Charlie, shares about his high school experience thus far through letters written to a mystery person. This book is very well written and I highly recommend that you read it.
Looking For Alaska
This book is not for the faint at heart. It is the story of a boy named Miles, who goes to a new school and has adventures with a group of new friends. Miles starts to fall for one of them, a girl named Alaska.
The Lovely Bones
This book is about a girl in the 1970s who gets murdered and has to watch her family while they look for her and eventually give up. She is stuck in her own world where no one can see her. She has to face moving on. This book is very emotional, also not for the faint of heart.
Thirteen Reasons Why
This book is about a girl named Hannah who commits suicide. She left behind seven cassette tapes, the tapes tell the 13 reasons why she killed herself. Each reason has to do with a person. The story is told through one of the people on the tapes, Clay.
Nearly Gone
This book is about a series of murders in a small town that all seem to have to do with the main character, Nearly. Nearly has to figure out who is really behind the murders so she won’t be framed.
Before I Fall
This book is about a girl named Samantha who dies, but keeps reliving the day she died. She has to figure out why this is happening, and see if she can save herself.
The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
This book is another classic. It has action and adventure, and many great underlying messages. I highly recommend this book.
