“We ran up against some tough competition at the Dodge City Tournament,” head coach Abby Gillan said. “We faced some of the best teams in our region and learned a lot about where we are and where we need to go as a team. This next half of the season will be our time to make the adjustments and compete for a favorable regional seed. The 5A West is loaded. We also need to play well as we continue to defend our conference title.”
