Teachers select 2022 Prom candidates
King and queen voting took place Mar. 30 through Mar. 31.
Teachers have selected the Prom candidates for the 2022 school year, which were announced after school Friday, March 25.
Prom queen candidates are seniors Elizabeth Clingan, Emry Lundy, Aleyia Ruder, Jada Thomas, Ella Voth and McKinley Wamser.
Prom king candidates are seniors Dylan Dreiling, Rosston Eckroat, Carson Kieffer, Gavin Meyers and Garret Wellbrock.
“Honestly, I was very surprised, but honored the teachers thought to vote for me,” Clingan said. “It took me a couple days to wrap my head around it. Now I’m just excited that I have another special memory of my senior year!”
The Prom queen and king will be crowned during the dance on Saturday, April 9, which is from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn.
