Girls soccer falls to Garden City

The girls soccer team faced off against the Garden City Buffalo and played them to a 2-1 loss.

Senior Tressa Becker netted the first goal of the game only three minutes in to make the score 1-0. The Indians didn’t score for the rest of the game.

Garden City would come up with the tying goal in the 19th minute. The Buffaloes would score the game-winning goal in the 32nd minute of the game.

The Lady Indians record drops to 5-3 on the season and will face off against Liberal on March 20 at Liberal.
