Boys swim team places seventh at Maize on Dec. 7

The boys swim team finished seventh out of 10 teams at the Maize South meet on Dec. 7.

In the 200 medley relay, the A-team, consisting of senior Boone Pruter, senior Austin Chambers, junior Morgan Mathews, and senior Tommy Consiglio placed seventh with a time of 1:57.49. The B-team relay, consisting of sophomore Ben Morley, freshman Jacob Alexander, junior Conner Custer and sophomore Scott Ring, placed 13th with a time of 2:24.01.

In the 200 free, Consiglio placed fifth with a time of 2:16.19.

In the 200 IM, Morley placed 15th with a time of 2:52.03.

In the 50 free, Perryman placed 18th with a time of 29.10.

In the 100 fly, Mathews placed third with a time of 1:00.06.

In the 100 free, Consiglio placed fifth with a time of 55.48, Perryman placed 17th with a time of 1:07.44 and Custer placed 19th with a time of 1:09.97.

In the 200 free relay, the A-team, consisting of Alexander, Ring, Pruter and Chambers, placed eight with a time of 1:56.76.

In the 100 back, Pruter placed 12th with a time of 1:20.22, Morley placed 19th with a time of 1:23.86 and Ring placed 20th with a time of 1:27.03.

In the 100 breast, Chambers placed sixth with a time of 1:13.68, Alexander placed 18th with a time of 1:35.60, and Custer placed 19th with a time of 1:37.52.

In the 400 free relay, the A-team, consisting of Mathews, Pruter, Chambers and Consiglio placed fourth with a time of 3:57.33, while the B-team consisting of Morley, Perryman, Alexander and Ring, placed ninth with a time of 4:47.64.
