The boys soccer team was defeated 3-1 at Dodge City on Thursday, Sept. 15.
The team was down three players for the game two being suspended with red cards and one being out of town.
When the half came Dodge had a 1-0 lead.
The Red Demons then scored the first two goals in the second half to make it 3-0.
Junior Kellen Griffin then scored on a free kick to make the score 3-1.
“We didn’t start the game with the same intensity as we came out in the second half,” senior Gustavo Reyes said. “Overall I thought we played well since we were down some key players.”
The boys soccer team is back in action against Great Bend on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
