Since human kind spends a good amount of time pleasing others, there are few moments to spare for ourselves. This 30-day self-love challenge will allow for you to realize what you want out of life and learn to love all of your flaws.

  1. Write down why you are doing this challenge.
  2. Make a list of things you like about yourself.
  3. Wear your favorite outfit today.
  4. Make a list of all your accomplishments.
  5. Smile at everyone you meet today.
  6. Write down your favorite motivational quote.
  7. Make a conscious effort to drink more water.
  8. Write about someone who has inspired you to be a better person.
  9. Write down three words your friends would use to describe you.
  10. Say yes to something you normally wouldn’t.
  11. Write down your favorite personality trait and why.
  12. Turn off you your phone and spend some time truly enjoying your own company.
  13. Cook your favorite meal and eat it!
  14. Write down a list of people you need to forgive and why.
  15. Plan a fun day out with someone you love.
  16. Write about a fear you would like to overcome and think about ideas to overcome it.
  17. Compliment yourself today.
  18. Write down something you’ve been avoiding and go do it.
